Before becoming part of KTLA in March 2009, Henderson served as the host of the highly-rated morning show Good Day at the Fox affiliate KDFW in Dallas and Fox’s Good Day Utah at KSTU in Salt Lake City. In 2008, she made guest appearances as a host on several episodes of Fox & Friends Weekend in New York City on the Fox News Channel. Henderson earned her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University.
Her broadcasting journey commenced in Wichita Falls, Texas, where she worked at the CBS and NBC affiliates, KFDX-TV and KAUZ-TV. In 2003, before joining as the weekday anchor of Good Day at KSTU’s sister O&O KDFW in Dallas–Fort Worth, Henderson anchored Good Day Utah at the Fox-owned-and-operated station KSTU in Salt Lake City.
In March 2009, she took on the role of anchor for the KTLA Morning News at the CW affiliate KTLA in Los Angeles, California. Beyond her broadcasting career, Henderson is actively involved in various charitable endeavors, supporting organizations such as the Race for the Cure, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Children’s Cancer Fund.
